Job Description
Supports Program Managers with daily tactical and administrative activities, liaising with the Customer Focus Team, Plexus functional areas, and junior customer representatives.
Requirements
- Provide administrative assistance to PMs and CFT
- Prepare internal and customer-facing data analysis, reports, metrics, visual graphs and tools
- Assist with preparation of customer presentation materials
- Execute daily tactical tasks related to delivery
- Daily customer interface for POs, commitment dates on orders, customer queries and requests
