Job Description
The Continuous Improvement Leader Sr will support the deployment of the Operational Excellence Strategy in their site, leading lean six sigma methodology and CI Metrics. They will ensure alignment with the Strategic goals of the business, deploy the PSOE as standard work, and facilitate the Operational Excellence/Lean Steering Team to achieve targeted financial impact.
Requirements
- Ensure alignment of all Operational Excellence activity with the Strategic goals of the business
- Deploy the PSOE as standard work across home sites
- Lead and support continuous projects and prioritize projects against organizational needs
- Support Site BEST Program engagement
- Facilitate site's Operational Excellence/Lean Steering Team to achieve targeted financial impact
- Develop, update, and support site Operational Excellence processes, metrics and tools
- Ensure 6S deployment and alignment
