Art Director

We are seeking an Art Director to lead the creative vision of The Win Zone, a high-energy destination where confidence, excitement, and the thrill of winning meet. The Art Director will shape the visual heartbeat of this world through bold design, vibrant storytelling, and innovative production pipelines.

Requirements

• 7+ years in visual design or art direction for gaming, interactive entertainment, or digital platforms
• A blend of conceptual vision and hands-on creative execution
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in composition, lighting, form, and character-driven storytelling
• Experience leading teams that span disciplines — 2D, 3D, animation, UI / UX, and motion graphics
• Curiosity for new creative technologies and a proven ability to integrate them into a production pipeline
