Playground is a mission-driven startup that provides software to manage child care businesses. They are looking for a Director of Onboarding to lead and scale their onboarding organization and drive a seamless experience for new customers.
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, or success at a SaaS company
- 3+ years leading teams
- Proven success scaling onboarding or implementation functions through rapid growth
