Job Description
We are a mission-driven, early-stage company seeking a BizOps Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll act as an internal consultant, owning and solving high-priority operational challenges across the company.
Requirements
- Identify and scope operational pain points across functions
- Own short sprints (2–4 weeks) to deeply understand a part of the business and drive real change
- Design, implement, and optimize processes that help teams scale efficiently
- Partner with team leads and company leadership to align on goals, timelines, and key success metrics
