Job Summary: As a Bartender Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate preparation of express, plating, and service, develop and maintain positive communication with staff, assist in training and incorporating new team members, and resolve customer complaints.
