Job Description
Platinum Communities is seeking a Medication Technician/Caregiver to provide personal care and service to residents. The role involves medication management, resident choice support, and maintaining consistency with regulations. This position may include weekend/holiday work and occasional scheduling.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-year experience as a caregiver/med tech in a CBRF/RCAC environment preferred.
- Ability to read, speak and write in English.
- Flexible and available to work beyond regularly scheduled hours, as well as weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must have or be willing to obtain CBRF/RCAC certifications.
- Ability to learn new technology.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent communication skills.
