Human Resources Associate

The HR Associate will serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR-related services and employee inquiries, ensuring timely and professional support. This role is responsible for managing employee benefits programs and assisting in the coordination of employee engagement efforts across the organization.

Requirements

• 1 – 3 years of experience in human resources, administration, recruiting, or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and employees
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic employment laws and HR best practices preferred
