Senior Product Designer - Healthcare and Insurance

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to design and evolve complex digital platforms within the Healthcare and Insurance sectors. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience designing software development projects, a focus on large-scale or complex initiatives in regulated industries, and a deep understanding of human-centered design.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience designing software development projects, with a focus on large-scale or complex initiatives in regulated industries
• Advanced knowledge of design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and collaboration platforms
• Proven expertise in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to integrate design sprints into traditional project management methodologies
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, including experience with designing for accessibility and complex logic flows
• Strong data analysis skills to evaluate user behavior and inform strategic design decisions
