Requirements
- Provides human resources and administrative management to the organization
- Leads processes, procedures and tools to attract, retain and motivate the manpower
- As process owner, is accountable for the IMS process management
- Interfaces with Head of Departments and Managers for devising and implementing HR policies
- Plays a partner role with the business in business planning, performance and operational reviews
- Plans and adjusts short- and long-term manpower needs according to business evolution and Plant budget
- Manages training plan and training costs improvement follow up
- Ensures consistency in the compensation and benefits policy for the whole site
- Adapts reference JDs, Skills profiles to local context
- Conducts assessment of learning and development needs
- Drives the competencies management
- Monitors the performance review
- Manages administrative cases, payroll, and the disciplinary issues
- Ensures the smooth running of the industrial relationships
- Develops and implements action plan to improve employee findings after employee surveys
- Supports the plant HSE in ensuring safety and improvement of the work conditions
- Ensures good communication processes throughout the plant
- Deploy the internal communication policy to ensure the employees are informed properly
- Manages HR staff by giving them objectives and by planning the needs for the department
- Keeps informed about the legal evolutions on social law and constantly evaluate the actual policies within the plant
- Manages the legal permits of foreign employees
- Monitors the monthly HR related reporting
- Maintains good communication process and fear relationship with Union Members
- Coordinates personnel development plans
