Requirements
- University degree in technical field
- 2–3 years of experience as a Junior Program Manager or Program Manager
- Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
- Solid experience in project management and MS Office/Outlook
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills, ability to work under pressure
- Ability to lead, delegate, make decisions, and manage priorities
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
- Knowledge of financial methodology for business case creation is an advantage
- Driving license cat. B, willingness to travel
