Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in the fields of business administration, industrial engineering, electrical engineering/electronics, physics optoelectronics, mechatronics or comparable
• Experience in business development with regular customer contact, strategy and business development in the automotive sector
• Project manager experience with appropriate methods and tool knowledge in interdisciplinary teams - ideal in the automotive development or innovation area
• Expert knowledge of automotive exterior lighting systems by knowing main basis technologies and key aspects
• Strong communication skills and persuasive skills on a technical or business level, as well as a confident demeanor, structured and independent way of working and customer affinity
• Willingness to travel in Germany and abroad, very good written and spoken German and English skills
