Job Description
Planned Parenthood Keystone (PPK) is a leading provider of comprehensive sexuality education and reproductive healthcare in the Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania. They are seeking a full-time Medical Care Assistant to provide excellent customer service, support patient intake and clinical operations in their Allentown Medical Center. The role involves assisting with front desk duties, patient care, and collaborative work with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited high school program or equivalent
- Computer literacy (including email, Microsoft suite, and internet)
- Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to write routine reports
- Computer literacy (including patient management systems software)
