Bilingual Regional Medical Care Assistant - (Harrisburg & York)

Planned Parenthood Keystone is looking for a Full-time (35 hours/week), non-exempt, Bilingual Regional Medical Care Assistant to travel between our Harrisburg and York Health Centers. As a Medical Care Assistant, you will participate in a team approach to the delivery of quality reproductive healthcare, providing exceptional customer service to our patients and serving as a member of our dedicated team of medical center employees.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Completion of an accredited high school program or equivalent
• Ability to travel regionally (60%) with reliable means of transportation
• Computer literacy, including competency in affiliate email, Microsoft suite, internet, and electronic health record system
• Good interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as policies and procedures
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Strong commitment to quality healthcare and excellent customer service
