Job Description
Planned Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. The position involves ensuring the cleanliness, security, and welcoming environment of their properties through routine inspection, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Requirements
- Ensuring preventative maintenance of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment.
- Checking boiler and hot water heaters for leaks.
- Inventorying mechanical/ maintenance supplies.
- Troubleshooting tripped breakers, leaking pipes, and water intrusion.
