Job Description
Planned Companies is hiring motivated and courteous Front Desk Associates and Doormen to ensure a welcoming environment for tenants, guests, and vendors. This role involves greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing local recommendations. Responsibilities include maintaining communication, documentation, and security.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Security or Front Desk experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Knowledge of local attractions
- Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed
