Security Solution Architect

Planet Technologies, the Nation’s leading Microsoft services provider to the public sector, is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team as Security Solution Architect. The role will support impactful projects that make a difference for our country.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience is required
• Ideal Certifications include: ISC2 CISSP, ISC2 CISSP-ISSAP, ISSAC CISM/CISA, CompTIA CASP+, CompTIA SecurityX, CCDA, CCNP, TOGAF
• Previous experience reading, understanding and interpreting Federal Government policy, law, Directives, Standards, Executive Orders and other requirements and turning them into actionable requirements solving the specific issues addressed
• Proven success working with internal and external stakeholders to establish project targets and timelines, then managing success implementations
• Excellence at overcoming obstacles, innovative thinking and building partnerships that result in on time, on budget solutions
• Experience ensuring government security, policy and governance at met and/or exceeded during design and implementation phases of a project
• The ability to effectively communicate requirements to both technical and non-technical personnel in verbal and non-verbal communication
• Previous experience working with the Department of Justice is preferred
