Requirements

• Reviews loan packages, schedules loan closings, and prepares loan closing documents prior to loan funding
• Manages pipeline of loans to ensure service standards and financial goals are met
• Ensures loans are in accordance with federal and state regulations such as, but not limited to, RESPA, HMDA, and Fair Lending Practices
• Effectively communicates with team members and outside entities to facilitate a prompt, efficient closing of each loan
• Performs other duties as assigned
