Front Desk Associate

Join the Planet Fitness team as a Front Desk Associate and provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for greeting members, promoting our Judgement Free Zone, resolving member concerns, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Requirements

• 6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified
• Basic computer proficiency
