Job Description
Planet Fitness is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to assist the club manager in overseeing club operations and ensuring an exceptional member experience. This role involves leading a team, resolving member concerns, managing inventory, and supporting hiring/onboarding. The company focuses on a welcoming, judgement-free environment with a supportive and engaging team.
Requirements
- 9-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred
- 9-12 months of experience supervising and leading team is preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Physical Demands of the Assistant Manager include constant standing and moving, lifting up to 75 pounds, and frequent cleaning/sanitization
- Responsible for contributing to a safe and healthy workplace.
