Technical Support Agent

Planar is seeking a technical support agent to provide excellent customer service, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain office standards. Requirements

• Respond to customer service requests via telephone and email.
• Track and reproduce customer service requests using Salesforce, Microsoft D365, PLM, and online resources.
• Escalate unsolved service requests to advanced technical support.
• Provide effective resolution and close the loop with customers.
• Identify and escalate failure trends.
• Maintain office conduct and customer communication standards.
• Demonstrate ability to work with both timely and regular attendance.
