Job Description
Plan-S, Türkiye’s largest private space technology initiative, is seeking a Global Market Access Partnerships Manager to plan and develop partnerships with telecom and satellite operators. The role focuses on launching a constellation of satellites, developing country-specific strategies, and bridging the gap between Plan-S and potential partners. They aim to become a foundational launchpad for innovation in Earth’s infrastructure.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in telecommunications, satellite communications, or international business development
- Expertise in operator partnerships, MVNO/MNO business models, satcom, or similar domains
- Knowledge of landing rights, licensing, data localization, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong track record in identifying partners, developing joint ventures, and building scalable business models
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills
- Very good English proficiency
- High flexibility for international travel
