Project Coordinator - Countering Harmful Practices, F4B Project)

The Project Coordinator will provide overall regional level coordination for the Countering Harmful Practices F4B Project in Ethiopia, working under the guidance of the Project Manager. The role will support the effective and timely implementation of the project, ensuring activities are delivered smoothly, resources are used efficiently, and partnerships are well coordinated.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Social Science, Project Management, Reproductive Health, Sociology, Development studies, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in regional project management, with strong sectoral expertise on SRHR, CP/GBV, and related sectors with good understanding of regional context.
• Experience of working on complex projects that involves diversified local implementing partners
• Knowhow of SRH and GBV strategies/policy frameworks, teenage pregnancy roadmap, child marriage, FGM.
• Experience in planning, budget management, delivering trainings
• Good team player with agility and problem-solving capability
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
