Head of Security Training Programmes

Plan International is seeking a Head of Security Training Programmes to lead the design and delivery of security training courses, oversee certification of trainers, and manage induction and development programmes for security managers. The role involves international travel to deliver training and build capacity within local security functions.

Requirements

• Design and deliver security training courses and workshops globally
• Develop complex and technical training materials
• Certify trainers and manage induction programmes for security managers
• Support regional and country teams in strengthening local security capabilities
• Promote inclusive and intersectional approaches to security risk management
• Encourage incident reporting and ensure lessons learned are integrated into future operations
