Merchandiser

This role will work nationally to increase OUR CLIENTS brand and product presence in our customers' stores. They will ensure that the correct mix of products is stocked and displayed to achieve greater sales and maximize profits for both both clent and customers.

Requirements

• 1-2 years Merchandising experience
• Proven track record in hitting and exceeding merchandising KPI's
• Agricultural knowledge and background an advantage
• Full clean driver's License, trailer license is desirable but not essential
• Customer focused with a strong business acumen
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to build strong relationships with other team members, instore staff and customers
• Ability to multi-task whilst working under pressure
• Up to date with the latest merchandising trends and best practices
• Excellent negotiating and influencing skills
• IT literate and experience using CRM an advantage
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Strong listening, presentation, and decision-making skills
• Strong commercial acumen essential and good understanding of Sales
