Commercial Customer Service Agent

This position offers an opportunity to join a team of five Commercial Customer Service Agents and two Sales Representatives. The Agent will focus on customer needs, manage a portfolio of customers, and handle invoicing and credit control. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience working in an office environment
• Understanding of accounting systems
• Excellent telephone manner
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational, diplomatic and target-driven skills
• Proven ability to work to targets and timelines
• Third level qualification in business-related discipline is desirable
