The Associate Manager, Performance Marketing, will be at the forefront of Pizza Hut's digital transformation, shaping paid media strategies and campaigns to ensure the brand's visibility, engagement, and success in the digital landscape.
Requirements
- Create and execute data-driven digital strategies across paid media channels
- Define and monitor KPIs, optimizing campaigns to meet defined goals
- Test and innovate with new tools, channels, and tactics, building strong advertising partnerships
- Activate 1P audiences and manage integrations with CRM and Martech teams
- Refine segmentation and targeting strategies based on campaign audience analytics
- Collaborate with analytics to ensure key metrics are captured for campaign optimization
- Deliver clear performance updates and represent paid media in planning forums
- Contribute to MMM and attribution modeling efforts with analytics and agency teams
- Brief and manage creative teams for full-funnel asset development and approval
- Ensure timely and accurate campaign delivery by coordinating with external agencies
