Job Description
Pixum is seeking a Head of Software Development to lead and develop agile teams. The role involves strategic planning, technical guidance, organizational leadership, cost management, and team management within a dynamic online photo service. This is a full-time, on-site position in NRW, Köln.
Requirements
- Experience leading teams in software development or a related technical environment.
- Deep technical understanding of Java, microservices, cloud infrastructure and container technologies.
- Strategic thinking to analyze market trends and new business areas.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
