You will be responsible for the visual design of Pixocial's flagship products, such as AirBrush and BeautyPlus, serving tens of millions of MAUs. Your work includes executing brand designs independently, developing brand VI systems and guidelines collaboratively with the team, and sharing insights on the US market's aesthetic/visual trends and innovations.
Requirements
- Plan and execute brand designs and VI systems and guidelines, aligning with product strategies and delivering creative, visually appealing outputs for existing and new products.
- Share insights on US design/visual trends to enhance global brand perception and the team’s understanding of international aesthetics, while creating visuals aligned with global market preferences.
- Conduct research on diverse aesthetic preferences in international markets, considering local trends, cultural backgrounds, and behaviors to inform design strategies.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to create feasible designs that align with business goals.
- Proactively communicate with other designers/teams to ensure design quality and enhance brand awareness.
- Stay up to date with design trends, actively participating in creative brainstorming sessions and globalization project planning.
- Independently manage end-to-end brand design projects, focusing on detail and precision.
