Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 5–8 years of proven experience in digital performance marketing with strong execution capability.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing affiliate programmes and partnerships.
- Strong technical understanding of paid media platforms, attribution, tracking, funnel optimisation, and analytics.
- Proficient with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, and affiliate platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experienced in leveraging GenAI tools for workflow optimisation and content creation.
