Job Description
PITT OHIO is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to perform general building maintenance tasks, design and construct necessary components for building remodels and projects, and maintain vendor information.
Requirements
- Strong Technical Training in Building Trades (i.e. Carpentry)
- Building Engineer experience preferred
- Computer skills for email communications and additional basic skills to perform job
- Valid drivers license and meet hiring/retention criteria
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Dexterity
- Good communications skills
- Ability to manage a project
- Meet the medical standards of the U.S. Department of Transportation
- Pass a drug test
