Job Description
PitchBook is seeking a Sr. Product Manager to own the user journey and product strategy for their AI & Conversational Search capabilities. The role focuses on defining high-value natural language workflows, validating them with user research, and optimizing for user trust and satisfaction. This position requires collaboration with various teams and a focus on data-driven decision-making to elevate the positive impact of their AI-powered search experiences.
Requirements
- Define and own the end-user problem space for conversational search, identifying unmet needs and target personas.
- Identify and validate high-impact, natural-language workflows through user research, log analysis, and rapid experimentation.
- Define and maintain a use-case playbook to guide model training and UX conventions.
- Partner with domain Product Managers to prioritize data integrations.
- Iterate with bias for action to consistently seek product-market-fit and measure business impact.
