Pinnacle Live is seeking a On-Call Generalist & Specialty Event Services Technician to assist with floor operations, including setting up, striking, and operating technology solutions in a hospitality environment. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring consistent satisfaction for guests and clients. Requirements
- Ensure all event sets and strikes are completed according to Company SOPs.
- Greet guests/clients before event and provide clear instructions on how to operate equipment.
- Maintain accurate client event information within the Company’s business systems.
- Comply with all Company security and safety measures.
- Ensure inventory is secure from theft/damage.
- Make sure all Company occupied areas are clean, organized, and up to company standards.
