Job Description
Pinnacle Live is seeking a skilled On-Call Event Services Technician to assist with the floor operations, including technology setup and support. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to guests and clients, ensuring smooth events with a focus on efficiency and clear communication. This position requires strong technical skills, organizational ability, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Ensure all event sets and strikes are completed according to Company SOPs.
- Greet guests/clients before event and provide clear instructions on how to operate equipment.
- Maintain accurate client event information within the Company’s business systems.
- Comply with all Company security and safety measures.
- Maintain accurate inventory of rental, security, and operational status.
