Auto Attorney (Motor Vehicle, Insurance Defense) - New York - Remote!

We are seeking an Auto Attorney to join our team, with a competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $180,000 and comprehensive benefits, to work fully remote or hybrid.

Requirements

• Must be licensed in NY and/or NJ.
• Recent experience with automotive bodily injury and/or general liability cases.
• Ability to draft pleadings, correspondence, memoranda, and other case related documents.
• Ability to communicate with clients, insurance company contacts, and opposing counsel.
• Ability to identify, research, and analyze legal issues and conflicting legal opinions.
• Ability to take and defend depositions, handle arbitrations, and argue motions.
