Job Description
The Middle School Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the Middle School Principal and other staff members. They will be the first point of contact for visitors and will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receptionist duties, supervision of students, and record keeping.
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Administrative Assistant, Secretarial Science, or Office Assistant or equivalent work experience.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Tactful and considerate.
- Trustworthy and respectful of confidentiality.
- Knowledgeable and practicing Catholic (bilingual English/Spanish preferred).
- Demonstrated proficiency in grammar and spelling.
- Working knowledge of basic office equipment, technology, and computers.
- Ability to prioritize work assignments and multitask.
