Pine Street Inn is a nonprofit organization that provides transitional housing and support services to veterans. It offers residential and overnight counseling, guest services, and a Housing First/Low Barrier model to address substance abuse, mental health, and disability challenges.

Associate’s degree in human services, 6 months experience working with homeless population, strong written communication skills, and knowledge of homeless referral networks

High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of experience working with individuals experiencing substance abuse, mental illness, trauma, homelessness, and other complex disorders
Director of Specialized Housing
Master’s degree in related field & LICSW/LMHC licensure. 5+ years experience in mental health service delivery & supervising staff/program management. CPR/First Aid & strong communication/organizational skills
Crisis Clinician – Shelter Clinical Services
Master's degree required. CPR/First Aid certification within 3 months. Trauma-informed care training is preferred
Outreach Van Relief Counselor, Overnight
High school diploma/GED, valid MA driver's license, and 1+ year of street outreach experience are required. Crisis intervention training & strong communication skills are also needed
VP for Outreach and Emergency Programs
Proven leadership & financial mgmt experience in 24/7 emergency services. Strong operational & program planning abilities. Experience building relationships with federal & community agencies is essential
Relief Men's Inn Counselor
High school diploma or GED and one year of Human Services experience are required. Physical ability to assist guests and be responsive to emergencies is also important
Relief Recovery Specialist
High school diploma/GED & relevant training. CPR/First Aid & CPI certification/training are also required. Bachelor's degree a plus
Men's Inn Stabilization and Crisis Clinician
LMHC/LICSW license or Master’s degree in related field. 3+ years’ experience in human services. Trauma/Mental Illness knowledge required. Motivational interviewing and crisis intervention skills are vital
Evening Counselor, Yawkey House Shelter
HS diploma or GED. 1+ year of HR experience preferred. Valid MA driver’s license & fluency in English/Spanish
