Job Description
Manufacture parts to specification, setup and prepare CNC Mills, CNC Lathes, Chuckers and/or CNC Swiss, and perform other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Set up machines and run production
- Troubleshoot and remedy complex tooling and machine issues
- Produce simple tooling from raw material
- Ensure machines are properly maintained
- Operate to workmanship standards
- Inspect first pieces
- Report work performed via ProShop ERP
- Follow safe practices and housekeeping instructions
- Communicate with manager, production control, quality and other shop personnel
- Train, develop and support department employees
- Contribute to continual improvement
