Export Customer Service (Multinational) - Cairo Egypt

The Senior Customer Sales Representative will be responsible for managing CSR team, improving relationships with key customers, and ensuring the successful execution of export shipments.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field. Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in export or international trade.
• Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to drive business growth.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and (SAP S4/HANA is a plus)
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
