We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Chief HR Officer to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within our financial services company.

Requirements

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for all employees, ensuring a diverse and qualified workforce
• Develop and maintain employee policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance and support to managers and employees
• Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement and productivity
• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and fairness
• Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve our HR policies and practices
• Manage and develop a team of HR professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department
