We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect Site Engineer to join our team at a large architect firm in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of fit out projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

• Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement fit out plans and designs
• Oversee and manage all on-site activities, including coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Monitor project progress and ensure that it is in line with the project timeline and budget
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications
• Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the fit out process
• Coordinate with clients to ensure their requirements and expectations are met
• Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management and clients
• Manage and track project expenses and ensure they are within the allocated budget
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards on site
• Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fit out design and construction
