Job Description
The Director of Nursing & Midwifery, General Medicine will lead the expansion of General Medicine services at PIH-SL, collaborating with the Medical Director and MOH to ensure high-quality care. The ideal candidate has a deep commitment to social justice, nursing and midwifery experience, and strong interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Develop and implement the overall nursing and midwifery strategy in general medicine
- Provide primary clinical oversight and leadership of various services and departments
- Establish and maintain strong partnerships with MOH stakeholders and other organizations
- Develop and manage annual budgets to support organizational objectives
