Pier 4 is seeking an Analyst, Investments to support the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities across their growing multi-family residential portfolio. The role involves underwriting, financial analysis, due diligence, and the preparation of materials used to inform investment decisions and support investor communications.

Requirements

• Very strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate, summarize, and rationalize large volumes of information while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build, maintain, and update complex financial models in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising accuracy
• Strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
