Job Description
Pie is seeking a Principal People Partner to drive people and organizational strategy, ensuring successful contribution of Pie-oneers. This role focuses on aligning people strategies with business objectives, fostering high-performing teams, and building a culture of performance, agility, and integration. The Principal People Partner will work closely with senior leaders and the CEO to design and implement talent strategies, lead change management, and provide expert consultation on the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- Lead senior management in translating business strategy into a talent strategy
- Align people strategies with business objectives, partnering with leaders to understand their goals and provide guidance on organizational design
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives
- Advise people leaders on matters related to team member relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with People Team partners and contribute to engagement strategies
- Develop and execute retention initiatives
- Develop and execute performance management processes
