Job Description
Picus Security is seeking a Director of Sales to lead their Enterprise Account Executive team in the East region of the United States and Texas. This role involves team leadership, strategic planning, and direct customer impact. The company specializes in cybersecurity validation, providing security risk assessment through automated, repeatable validation processes.
Requirements
- 9+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B technology sales, preferably within cybersecurity or information security
- 3+ years successfully managing, hiring, and developing field sales teams
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding targets with strong emphasis on new logo acquisition
- Strategic thinker with ability to execute both tactical initiatives and long-term territory plans
- Proven success building and scaling sales teams with clear goal-setting and professional feedback practices
- Experience selling security validation, penetration testing, or breach and attack simulation solutions
