Requirements

• Five plus years in food manufacturing leadership
• Bachelor's degree in an agricultural or biological science
• Certification in Quality Engineering, Auditing, & Managers of Organizational Excellence
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Computer proficiency with spreadsheets and word-processing
• Ability to develop and mentor subordinate employees
