Job Description
The Human Resource Assistant aids with and facilitates the human resource functions for the plant, including recruiting, benefits support, record keeping, timekeeping, file maintenance, payroll, onboarding, and all other HR-related matters.
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Associate degree or 1+ years of related experience and/or training
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
