Director, Food Safety

Pictsweet is seeking a Director of Food Safety to lead all aspects of the Food Safety & Regulatory programs. The role is responsible for ensuring compliance with FDA FSMA and GFSI standards.

Requirements

• Master's or doctorate degree in Food Science or related field
• 10 or more years food production, management, & auditing experience
• In-depth knowledge of FSMA, Third Party GFSI audit, and food processing, microbiology, sanitation, HACCP, GMP, and GFSI Standards
