Senior Material Planner

We're hiring a Senior Material Planner to partner directly with the CEO and executive team to drive operational excellence in manufacturing across operations, production, and engineering.

Requirements

• Experience in defense technology, aerospace, or a similarly complex operational environment.
• Strong understanding of material planning, supply chain coordination, and manufacturing management at a fast-paced hardware company.
• Proven ability to execute complex, cross-functional projects under tight deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level documents and briefings.
• High discretion and sound judgment with sensitive information.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action—comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists.
