Electronics Repair Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated individual to take on the vital responsibility of testing, troubleshooting and repairing our products and associated test requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in component level diagnostics and repair of Analogue and digital circuitry on complex multilayer PCB’s.

Requirements

• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and repair of products and test equipment to maintain product quality and reliability
• Assess items returned by customers, products from off-site assemblers, and equipment flagged for quality and performance checks
• Support evaluations for new products and assist in validating test processes to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Interpret and analyse schematics, layouts, BOMs, and other diagnostic documentation to identify and resolve issues effectively
• Perform component-level diagnostics and repair on analog and digital circuitry within multilayer PCBs
• Work collaboratively with customers, suppliers, and internal design teams to communicate findings and support continuous improvement
• Apply best practices in 'Design for Test' methodologies to improve manufacturability and test efficiency
